Welcome to AURA ARC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AURA ARC platform at aura-arc.com, operated by Olena Sochnikova, an individual sole trader based in Italy ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing the program, you agree to these Terms.
1The Program
AURA ARC is a self-paced online educational program consisting of audio lessons, written lessons, exercises, and downloadable workbooks. Access is delivered digitally through your personal account.
2Account & Access
When you purchase the program, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the content through your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You may not share your account, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the content in any form.
3Payment
The program is offered as a one-time payment. Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Once payment is completed, access is granted immediately.
4Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal
AURA ARC is digital content delivered instantly upon purchase. In accordance with EU consumer law, by purchasing and gaining immediate access to the program, you expressly request that access begins at once and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. As a result, all sales are final and no refunds are provided once access has been granted.
5Intellectual Property
All content within AURA ARC — including audio, written lessons, workbooks, frameworks, and the Neuro-Identity methodology — is the intellectual property of Olena Sochnikova and is protected by copyright. It is provided for your personal development only and may not be copied, distributed, taught, or used commercially without written permission.
6Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
AURA ARC is an educational and personal-development program. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. You are responsible for how you apply the material. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes; results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
7Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates. Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the program and platform.
8Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the competent Italian courts.
