This Privacy Policy explains how AURA ARC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our platform at aura-arc.com. AURA ARC is operated by Olena Sochnikova, an individual sole trader based in Italy. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you register and use AURA ARC, we collect: your name, email address, account login details, your course progress, and any responses you save within the platform. When you purchase the program, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store your full card details.
2How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: create and manage your account; give you access to the program you purchased; track your learning progress; send you essential service emails (account, access, purchase confirmation); and respond to your requests.
3Legal Basis
We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the program you bought); your consent (where applicable); and our legitimate interest in operating the platform.
4Payment Data
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your card information is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe acts as an independent data processor; see Stripe's own privacy policy for details.
5Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers essential to running the platform (such as our hosting and payment providers), who are bound to protect it.
6Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations.
